Control Systems
The plants can be monitored, managed and programmed by remote, thanks to two PLC systems with two touch-screen interfaces located in the Villa Camarella and in the Plants Box
The main systems monitored by PLC are:
- sanitary hot water system.
- heating system.
- air conditioning system in Villa Camarella.
- garden irrigation system.
- levels of the oil-fired tanks.
- swimming pool.
- external lightning system.
Electrical system, Telephony, Data and TV
The plants have been changed employing new pipes and cables in the various phases of the renovation.
All the buildings are provided with a telephone system and a data system including Wi-Fi in all the salons and rooms.
The Villas have independent antennas for digital terrestrial and satellite with widespread coverage within the buildings. The Villas are protected from lightning strikes with Faraday cages.
